At the end of July, Inga Schmidt expressed her concern that the wetland at Frohring in Geauga has been filling in with reeds and losing its water.  She probably already knows of recent developments, but for others who may be interested, the Geauga Park management is going to scrape the area to maintain the wetland.  If you are at Frohring and notice the big machinery, don't be alarmed.  The management doesn't want to lose the wetland either.
