I always wonder what is about railroad tracks and mockingbirds. The
only place I ever
see them outside of the South is along tracks. Do they ride the rails
and sing Woody Guthrie songs?
Its really interesting.

I had a hoarse but noisy Carolina wren in my yard yesterday. Its song
was so variable at first I thought
it was a mockingbird.
