The Beaver Creek Wildlife Education Center will have a display this coming saturday, September 12th, at the "Agriculture, Natural Resources And Conservation Expo 2009, in Carroll County. Soil and water conservation groups from Carroll, Columbiana, Harrison, Jefferson, and Stark Counties will be represented. There will be over forty exhibitors/vendors and food available and served by the local Amish community. Admission and parking are free for this event. The site is located about two miles south of the town of Augusta at the intersection of Andora and Meter Roads. The event is from 10AM to 4PM rain or shine. This is a perfect opportunity to explore the country roads of Carroll County; nearby one mile to the south, is The Nature Conservancy's Stillfork Swamp Preserve.
