If this is OT I am sorry,,,OK no I'm not :-)  BUT...

I just couldn't let it slip by without saying that in a press release dated Sept. 3, 2009 ; Ohio-birds' very own Russ Reynolds (aka Russowl) was announced the winner of  the competition for Ohio's New Wildlife Stamp! Plus an honorable mention.  

Congratulations Russ!  It couldn't have gone to a better person.
