Bill Osborne just called - 11:40 a.m. to report that Rob and Sandy Harlan observed a NORTHERN WHEATEAR in Holmes County this morning. 

Address: 3948 Township Rd. 414 (Emery-Yoder Farm). This is 5-6 miles past Winesburg on Route 62, west out of Wilmot. 

This is all the info I have.
