Went down to St Mary's fish hatchery after Bill posted about the Godwit. There was plenty of action in the upper long ponds. The godwit was there ,, actually 2 of them along with I believe greater yellowlegs , wilson's snipe , lesser yellowlegs , dunlins , many various sandpipers , black bellied plovers , lots and lots of kildeer and I am sure I missed something in the procees of trying to get photos of the Godwits. The Godwit sat right there and preened and then went to feeding the whole time we was there . We left at dusk . Kind of wonder what tomorrow will hold . Russell Reynolds Lima, Ohio Allen County
