For the record we had 5 Coots on our lagoon at my work today along the Mosquito Creek here in n.e. 
Ohio. The only reason I mention it is it is the first time that I have seen them there in 15 years. It may 
be the duck weed bloom that has attracted them as it is very heavy right now. All the best, Bill
