Oct. 4, I reported seeing 14 short-billed dowitchers. I now after further study believe they were long billed dowitchers at Woods Road Wetland in northern Darke County.
I checked the wetland again last evening and didn't see the dowitchers, but add

2 sharp tailed sparrows(possible LaConte's)
2 least sandpipers and possible 4 Baird's sandpipers.
3 great egrets
a pair of Gadwalls
other usual birds
