Got w/in about 10 yards of a Bald Eagle this PM at the Wellington Reservoir. Flew out of the woods in 
front of me and then landed in a tree about 100 yards ahead. Was able to walk w/in about 20 yards 
of the tree before it took off again and flew over the water to the other side of the lake.
