Made it out for an hour this afternoon despite medium winds and cold 
temperatures.A large raft of 30+Bufflehead and 30+ Lesser Scaup were the 
largest amount of waterfowl,also seen were:
        4  Horned Grebe
        3  Hooded Mergansers
        15 Bonapartes Gulls
        12 Common Loons
        20 Coots
    Good luck birding!!!
