The lake again was alive with birds.  The big question for me was where were
the Bonaparte's gulls today.  Although good numbers were reported most other
places, I had only 6.  Best birds were a flock of 9 BRANT that were seen
flying east.  I also had 3 black scoters.  There were a lot of ring-billed
gulls today and quite a few herring gulls.  Canvasback and scaup were
heading east.  Most everything else was heading west.
