Heavy gull activity this afternoon at the power plant, but nothing out of the ordinary. Nothing is frozen yet and the water is too muddy to determine if the massive schools of fish are there yet for the birds to feed on. . Found only 1 female bufflehead, 1 female goldeneye, 8 mallards and 8 red-breasted merganzers. Spencer
