Mae Miller, owner of the home where the Allen's Hummingbird is busy feeding this morning (Sat), called to say that birders should park out by the road if it's snowing - several people have had a hard time getting back up the hill from her house without 4 wheel drive. She asked that I pass on this information.
There have been between 400 and 500 visitors so far and Mrs. Miller still seems to be glad to host birders.
