Hey Jeanne,

You may well have seen an albino wild turkey, but they are very rare. Less rare is the color phase "smokey gray". Smokey gray wild turkeys have white feathers in place of the brown feathers of typical birds and have dark eyes rather than the pink eyes of true albinos. They are sometimes described as "ghostly". They're not common, and they're always a treat to see.
