During our family gathering today my retired brother, who makes regular
visits to "the wall" to see what the fisherman are catching, reported that
yesterday he observed what appeared to be a dead Peregrine Falcon floating
on the water near the fishing area. It was too far away to net. He is not
a birder but has observed the nesting Peregrines on the 'stacks' of the
power plant during the summer.

I am not sure if anyone is interested in the "data point" so I just offer it
for what it is - an anecdotal report.
