As I was lined up at a red light at a very busy commercial intersection a
movement caught my eye.
A Northern Mockingbird had flown up to the roof a building that is
practically in the road. He had
flown up from a line of scraggly branches with some sort of small red berry.
I guess he was trying to
eat the berries but the traffic was bothering him. Considering the area I
have no idea where he "lived".
Near the Fairborn Mall, Beavercreek (Dayton) Oh
Mary
(Who is from Michigan and finds Northern Mockingbird sightings fun and
interesting)
