I finally made it out to the Middlefield region to look for raptors. The previously reported Rough-legged Hawks were present, but quite widely distributed early on. I was also surprised to find a conspicuos adult Bald Eagle perched in a favorite rough-leg tree. Highlights were:
Middlefield:
Rough-legged Hawk - 4 (1 dark morph)
Bald Eagle - 1 (adult)
Red Tail Hawk - 2 (1 adult, 1 juvy)
American Kestrel - 2 (1 male, 1 female in close proximity, likely a mating pair)
Mosquito Creek Wildlife Area:
Bald Eagle - 1 (adult)
Red-shouldered Hawk - 1
Red Tail Hawk - 2
North Bloomfield:
Northern Harrier - 1 (female)

It's hopefully the begining a great raptor season!
