Drove to Castalia, Ohio from Fremont on Rt. 412 and noted only 1 Am.
Kestrel. I've seen much fewer of them this year on the telephone lines
while birding along back roads. Hiked the 1+ mile Levee Trail outside
Castalia and Id'd:
6 Tree Sparrows
2 House Finches
2 Cardinals
1 Ring-neck Pheasant(male)
1 Blue Bird

Castalia Pond contained:
40+ Am Widgeon
55 Gadwall
300+ Canada Geese
30+ Am. Shoveler
2 Bufflehead (pair)
13 Black Duck
60+ Mallard

Try and guess the Myster Bird at CREATE A WILDLIFE FRIENDLY YARD site.
