Monday (12/14) along the Cuyahoga Valley National Park towpath trail between
the Ira Rd. trailhead and Indigo Lake trailhead (Summit Co.) we had some
pretty good sightings:



Canada Goose                   252

Gadwall                              6 on Indigo Lake

American Black Duck           4 on the Cuyahoga River

Mallard                              27

Green-winged Teal (?)          1 hidden in vegetation on Indigo Lake -
female

Horned Grebe                   2 on Indigo Lake

Cooper's Hawk                    1

Ring-billed Gull                222

Herring Gull                      80

Mourning Dove                   2

Red-bellied Woodpecker     8

Downy Woodpecker           8

Hairy Woodpecker             1

Northern Flicker                 2

Blue Jay                          15

American Crow                29

Black-capped Chickadee  21
