Over the past three (3) years, the Lorain Port Authority has conducted
nature tours along the Black River.  We are located approximately 28 miles
from Cleveland along the Lake Erie shoreline.  The tours are conducted
throughout the summer season and have been very successful in spotting
wildlife, particularly birds.  We have spotted mature and immature Bald
Eagles on numerous occasions.  Additional sittings have included osprey and
a peregrine falcon.  If you are interested in our tour schedule, please
