My son, who is not a birdwatcher, also saw that magnificent eagle yesterday morning while he was on his way to work. He just happened to be looking up at that particular spot and saw the eagle. He does tend to watch for unusual sightings to let me know what he sees, and he was fortunate to have seen that. I forwarded the pictures to him. Thanks again for reporting this sighting. I might have a birdwatcher in the making after all.

Subject: [Ohio-birds] Bald Eagle - Dublin, Ohio; Cosgray Road

A kind gentleman directed me to the location of a bald eagle sighting this morning.  When I arrived, the eagle was still perched in a tree directly over Cosgray Road.  The tree is on the property of an old house directly across from the golf section of Sports Ohio.

The eagle was alone and mature and flew off to the east as I approached.
