I probably  shouldn't have  used the word invasion.    I meant it in a sense that   today we we overrun with finchs at our feeder . I apoligise for the  incorrect wording .   Russell  Lima, Ohio

  Do house finches invade?  I'm just wondering.  I've never heard of them really migrating.
