JAN. 03, 2010 - Ottawa National Wildlife Refuge Monthly Census
TIME: 8:00am-12:00pm; 1:00pm-4:00pm TEMP.: 5-22-19
COND.: Cold & partly cloudy early; cold, sunny & bright later. Wind NW 5-15mph. Marshes frozen except for one open area on backside; Lake frozen except for several leads of open water. Snow cover less than one inch.
