Earlier this morning , as I was walking near N.High and W. 5th Avenue, I
noticed a dead bat on the sidewalk. It was at  the bottom of a post at that
intersection.  Also, I continue to hear and see Blue-jays, American Robins,
and an occasional Kildeer .

I have also observed a  fairly good-sized Red-tailed Hawk lately,  which
perches near N. High St.  and the OSU campus and an American Kestrel which
ranges over Cannon Dr.  in the vicinity of the OSU Medical Center.
