This is the first time I have seen Peregrines and the first time in downtown Warren. I have not heard 
of any nesters here in the past. I drove through town today and did not see either of them. I will be 
checking periodically. Could these birds have flown in from Youngstown where they do have them 
nesting? I don't know enough about them and their traveling habits. Bill
