I did go to Villa Angela/Wildwood areas of Cleveland Lakefront State Park this morning from 11:30 to 1:25pm. I didn't really see that much new for me. I ran into Mark Anderson and I found a Red-breasted Nuthatch in the thickety bushes near some sunflower seeds on the ground (north of the asphalt path) in the Villa Angela area that is just before you come to the Euclid Beach area near the mobile home park. It would fly back towards the tall pine trees closer to the regular Villa Angela area to eat it and then return. Mark had a Winter Wren yesterday and several weeks ago.

I went to Sims Park in Euclid from 2 to 3:30pm. The lake is frozen but as I was standing on the tall bluff at the far eastern end of the park a large group of birds flew in from the east and landed in the trees up there. I counted at least 26 Cedar Waxwings. I preceded to walk around the west end of Sims Park, saw a dozen Waxwings in another area and as I was leaving saw a large group of them in the tall tree 150 north of the Henn Mansion. I stopped and looked at them more closely and counted 33 of them. So they were there at 2 and still there at 3:15pm.
