COND.: Gray, mostly cloudy; light snow in the morning; wind NE at 7mph; snow cover 0-5" except where drifts occurred; all marshes frozen except for one small pocket on east side and two small pockets on back side; Lake Erie frozen. Same usual morning and afternoon routes except where closed for eagle nesting.
