Just dropping in for a "fly-by" message. I saw a mature Bald Eagle on St Rt. 13 approximately 1 mile north of St Rt 95 on the east side of the road. Too far away to discern sex but it was surveying a large flock of migratory waterfowl that was stopped over on the lake. I routinely saw a mature female bald in this same location 3 years ago but she has been absent since then. This may be the same bird. 3 years ago I saw her perched on a deer carcass about 30 feet off of the east side of SR 13. I almost wrecked my car.
