Corner of Radnor and Troy Rds (a little west of US 23, north of
Delaware: three snow buntings in a large flock of horned larks.
At Big Island along LaRue-Prospect Rd.: one kestrel, one redtailed
hawk, four harriers. Along OH 95 west of the observation deck: two
short-eared owls in different trees at about 5:45, then five more
hunting the area north of the deck about 15 min later.
Tomorrow to Killdeer Plains
