Yes!

Today (Mar. 2) I had an adult LESSER BLACK-BACKED GULL (campus bird #160!)
fly by my campus. I had been waiting for such a gull for some time now! The
bird gave wonderful, fantastic views; couldn't ask for a better sighting.
Also, 7 Red-winged Blackbirds and 7 Yellow-rumped Warblers were seen.

Over the past three days I have seen well over 1000 gulls moving south, with
12 hours of observation. Does anyone have any idea what's going on?
Shouldn't they be moving north this time of the year? Thanks,

Sean
