Hi All-

For those of us in the northern half of the state, there is a secondary option to the Adams County's famous Amish Birding Symposium.

You are invited to join Firelands Audubon, The Wilderness Center, Greater Mohican Audubon Society and The Crawford County Park District for our annual trek to Killdeer Plains. We'll meet up at the Sportsmen's Center at 10:00 a.m. and divide into groups for our own friendly version of a "duck hunt." Our weather predicting groundhog is calling for lots of sunshine, so with any luck we could have a decent number of migrants in open water.

If you happen to be in the Killdeer Plains area on Saturday, don't hesitate to stop by the Sportsmen's Center at noon and say hello. We will even offer you a spot to eat your bag lunch and some warm fellowship.

GMAS will also be offering the new Ohio Wildlife Legacy Stamp for sale. So, come on out and support biodiversity and "watchable wildlife" in Ohio.

Hope to see you there!
