Gulls were scarce but ducks abundant at the mouth of the Chagrin.
Herring and Ring Bill Gull- a few dozen
Greater Black Backed Gull -2
Canada Geese -20
Common Goldeneye - 10
Red-breasted Merganser - lots
Common Merg (flyby)
Hooded Merg -1 drake
Redhead - many
Gtr Scaup - 6
Coots - dozen
and Redwing blackbirds were singing in Mentor as we passed through.
