Sorry for the late post. I stopped at Eastlake Power Plant in Lake County yesterday in the 
afternoon. Had all three merganser with good numbers of  Red-breasted. Here is the full report:

Canada Goose 25
Red- breasted Merganser 20
Common Merganser 10
Hooded Merganser 4
Common Goldeneye 1
Bufflehead 1
Lesser Scaup 8
Mallard 4
Ring-billed Gull 100
Herring Gull 5
Great Black-backed Gull 15
American Coot 1
Great Blue Heron 1
Bald Eagle 1
Mourning Dove 4
European Starling 40

I also saw another Turkey Vulture soaring over Concord, Lake County.
