Apparently the four, that became three, Glossy Ibis that have been at Highlandtown Lake have moved on. They have not been seen the past two days. Their visit was for at least three days from Monday April 26th thru Wednesday April 28th. They were last seen late on Wednesday. I am sure that all the birders that visited, wonder what happened to the fourth Ibis; hopefully somehow it was reunited with the others! Credit for this great find, in a very seldom birded area, goes to Don and Judy Koch. They are birding transplants from Pennsylvania who now live near The Highlandtown/Brush Creek State Areas. I am sure they will find some other rarities. Thanks also goes to Laura Keene for her Ibis pictures.
