Today I had my first new OBBA (Ohio Breeding Bird Atlas) confirmation of
the season on campus (Ohio University) - American Crows nest building (NB).
(I am not counting the birds I re-confirm every year in April like Rock
Dove, Common Grackle, E. Bluebird, E Starling, House Finch, House Sparrow,
etc.).

Still waiting for my first warblers of the season - wish we could let them
know that spring is early here in SE Ohio and they should just bypass Texas
and come on up and eat our bugs.

At least our local birds are doing interesting behaviors to keep us
entertained while I wait.
