Hi Mr. Beery, I would suggest you visit the Hocking Valley Birding Trail
website.  http://www.birdhocking.com   I'm sure you'll find alot of great
places to consider.
I will also be there but going the opposite of you.  I just purchased a
new macro lens yesterday.   This is my first year and my hope is to not
embarass myself to much!  ha.

[Ohio-birds] OT somewhat-Photo Contest






Question to anyone living in the following counties or are familiar with
them.

Hocking County, Fairfield County, Athens County and Vinton County

This coming weekend Hocking Hills is holding their annual Shoot the HIlls
Photography Contest.  It is for 24 hr from 1pm on Friday to 1pm on Sat.  I
have participated the past two years and am going again this year.  I
recently upgraded my zoom both in quality and focal length.  If you are in
the contest I can understand if you are not interested in helping me.
For those who might have knowledge of the above counties I am looking for
special/hidden spot for birds that I might photograph.  I am aware of the
major areas, i.e. Lake Logan, but am looking for somewhere that might have
a special attraction for birds......
