Sunday with the help of 3 amazing Mentor birders I was able to hear and 
see a Virginia Rail (as well as Sora and American Bittern) at the 
Wakerobin Trail boardwalk of Mentor Marsh.
If you visit be very quiet,stealthy and patient! They are easily spooked. 
Seen along the section preceding the pond.
American Pipits were reported at Best Nature Preserve, Chardon, earlier in 
the week, in the scrape.
