On Sunday 4.18 had a singing Pine Siskin hanging out with a group of
goldfinches in an ash tree near the pond on our property. Other new
arrivals that day (Sunday 4.18) included Blue-winged and Prairie warbler.

These sightings occured more or less near the north end of Burr Oak Lake
(old DeLorme 70 D2). This past Sunday also included a nice wave of mixed
species of vireos and also many gnat-catchers, which seemed to be arriving
in excellent numbers.
