Hello All,
We have just returned from Youth Turkey Season at Pike Lake. While there, we
also do some birding and here are the results:

In the State Forest:
Louisiana Waterthrushes
RC Kinglets
The Wildflowers were absolutely AMAZING!!
Virginia Bluebells
May Apples
Phlox
Fire Pinks
White Trillium
And MANY more!

At the State Park:
Yellow-throated Warblers
Bluebirds
Chipping Sp
Downy WP
Pileated WP

I know I have omitted some of what/who we saw - part-timers - you know.

This is such a beautiful area - our kids just love it. And the Ole Guy has a
great time as well!

We will be heading north - to Ohio's Best Birding area very soon! Everyone
MUST go to Magee Marsh and enjoy the Boardwalk at least once in your life!
Then, for certain, you will return - again and again!

This is right in our back yard - so come on up!! The more "eyes" there are -
the more birds we will see.

Enjoy,
Jill
