Chris Baker and I spent 5 hours at Clear Creek on Friday. There wasn't a
great number of birds other than white throated sparrows and towhees and
swallowtail butterflies everywhere.

The highlights of the day were,
Warblers;
 Northern Parula
 American redstart
 Yellow throated
 Common yellowthroat
 Ovenbird
 Blue winged
 Yellow
 Louisiana waterthrush
 Black & white
 Black throated green
 Yellow rumped

Hermit thrush
A pair of singing Winter wrens(awesome!)
Phoebe
Yellow bellied sapsucker
A great view of a Pileated woodpecker

Great day with 40 species of birds.

                                                Happy Birding!
