Hi all, sorry for the somewhat late report. My husband was driving on
Riverside Drive (US Route 33) southbound between Trabue and the I-670
entrance this past Thursday when he spotted what looked like the remains
of a bald eagle on the road. It definitely was not a vulture and seemed
to have a white head and dark body. This would not be in the vicinity of
any known nests, but is it possible that the eagle was hunting or helping
itself to something on the road?

Thanks for any information! Sharon
