Hello All,
I just got a call from Ben Warner that the beautifully-plumaged black Ruff was re-found again today at the Big Island WA. Good scope looks were enjoyed by several observers from near the viewing platform about a mile west of the intersection of SR 95 an SR 203. This easy-to-find platform and parking area is along the N side of SR 95. The bird was being seen from about 10:00 AM until noon today and has been reliable in the area between Herr Road (to the east) and the viewing platform for four days now; since it was discovered on Sunday morning. Some very good pictures of this Ruff can be seen at these links...

Best of luck in finding this very rare Ohio bird!
