2 long-tailed ducks were still @ Oberlin Reservoir as of this morning -
lifers for me(!) - in addition to the following:

Buffleheads
Red-breasted Mergansers
Common Mergansers
Greater Scaup
Mallards
Ruddy Ducks
Tree Swallows
Bald Eagle
Killdeer
Red-tailed hawk
Horned Grebe
Turkey vultures

Jeannie, I was so glad to finally meet you and took your advice in
visiting Elywood Park. I found the barred owl's nest, however, they
weren't making a public appearance. But I did spot a red-bellied
woodpecker. I then ventured on to Sandy Ridge Reservation, seeing the
following:

Great-horned owlet (on nest)
Red-winged blackbirds
Tree swallows (many)
Bald eagle (on nest)
Canada Goose
Mallards
Song Sparrow
Gr Blue Heron
Ring-necked ducks
American Coots
Buffleheads
Greater Scaup
Ruddy Ducks
Am Wigeon
N Shovelers
Blue-winged teal
Belted kingfisher
Red-tailed hawk
Am Robin
Tufted titmouse
Pied-billed grebe
Am black ducks
N Cardinal
Killdeer
Redheaded woodpecker
Downy woodpecker
Turkey vulture

An absolutely beautiful day to spot birds! Happy Birding.
