Weather patterns have settled down to a more "normal" pattern for the time
being. Watch the lows over the next few weeks.  If they stay east bound from
Oklahoma/Arkansas look for some really good movements. If they climb into
the Great Lakes as the last couple there will be movements but volume won't
be what one might expect.

That said there are still short distance migrants moving along Ohio's north
coast. The Marsh region is seeing good numbers of Golden-crowned Kinglets,
Hermit Thrush, and Fox and Song Sparrows. Had our first Snowy Egrets at the
Turtle Creek Fishing Access yesterday and this morning all nine "expected"
puddle ducks were along the Magee Marsh W/A causeway.  Nothing finer then an
April drake Pintail (No matter if in Ohio or Carolina).

The weekend looks a bit warmer so hopefully you can get up and visit Ohio's
bird mecca and see that Pintail before he heads for the Canadian Parklands
(then again just maybe he'll stay in the marshes here as a few do each
year).
