This evening the 4 pelicans were visable from the RT 6 bridge, and from 
the over-look trail at Old Woman Creek. In addition, 2 Sandhill cranes 
landed just before dark. They set down along the far shoreline between 
Star Island and the railroad bridge. Finally, a sora was heard calling 
just as the thunderstorms rolled in.
