Well ,, didn't get to make the Tri-Moraine Audubon's trip to Magee Marsh today. So I went out back and I wasn't disappointed . What is better than a Golden-winged Warbler in your backyard? Well it is 2 of them . Really neat. Then along the little wet ditch that is there bounces in either a Louisana Water thrush or a Northenr Waterthrush . got a good look at it , tail bobbin' but not a look to tell the differance . Wasn't fast enough to get a photo. these birds are like tryin' to shoot popcorn in a microwave !!! Was a great morning . Had a Magee Marsh moment once. I had a Magnolia warbler on my right , an American Redstart in front of me and a Golden -wing warbler just above to the left of the Redstart. could see all 3 at once!! Neat stuff.
