I hit Pickerington Ponds after work and was able to relocate the breeding plumaged female Red-necked Phalarope I previously reported. I saw it from thee wood duck viewing area and it was directly north of the blind platform, sometimes hidden by a tree in the foreground. I also saw it at about 11am today in the same area today that it was in this evening. It was over in a small trench within a larger island in the left side of the pond, but the day before it was in the closer shallow area. It takes some time to see, usually about a half hour's worth of searching all three times I've gone. Good luck if you go, its worth the search.
