I am sorry this is a bit late, as is the bird. At about 2 PM on Monday, May 17, a common yellowthroat apparently hit the glass at the Phoenix Medical Center on Ridge Road in Parma, just south and west of Parma General Hospital. I found it dead on the cement outside the door. It has not been there 15 minutes before. It's now in the freezer to take to the Cleveland Museum of Natural History.

As sad as it was to find the bird dead, it was encouraging to think we have such warblers in a very urban area.

Kathleen Bradley
