My group of friends and I had a great weekend at Magee Marsh ,Put-In-Bay ,
and East Harbor State Park. We saw Mark and Terry of Dublin,Ohio on the
boardwalk yesterday.

The highlights for Magee Marsh have been pretty well documented already but
we did see some species of note:

Forster's Tern ( Magee Marsh beach near east parking lot)

Orange-crowned Warbler

Also of note, we saw a larger number of Prothonotary Warblers than usual at
Magee Marsh and this year they were very visible as well; i.e., spending
more time in open areas where foks can observe them for a while rather than
just hearing or catching a fleeting glimpse of them.

Early Saturday evening we saw what looked like 2 Wurdemann's Heron
subspecies on the Middle Pond at East Harbor State Park .
