Mourning warbler (Lake trail)
Kentucky warbler (Upper end of brookside trail, in vicinity of forest 
community sign)... not singing, just chip notes
Blackpoll warbler
Louisiane waterthrush
Hooded warbler
American redstart
ovenbird (heard)
Olive side flycatcher (brookside trail 8:15-9:05 AM, we gave up watching it)
Philadelphia Vireo
Cedar waxwing
Yellow throated vireo (heard, front picnic area)

Box turtle  (suspect he's a late migrant)
